Return Eligibility

• USA customers: may return within 14 days of receipt
• Unused, undamaged, in original packaging with proof of purchase

How to Return

1. Email/call within 14 days; provide order number and reason
2. We’ll send instructions, RMA, and (if applicable) a label
3. Ship via trackable courier within 7 days of instructions

Costs & Conditions

• Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective/incorrect/damaged
• Change-of-mind returns may incur restocking fees
• Defective/damaged/incorrect: report within 48 hours with photos; we cover costs

Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds issued after inspection to original payment method (may take up to 14 days)
• Partial refunds: missing parts/late returns/not original condition
• Exchanges: for defective/damaged/incorrect items

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom/personalized items, perishables, intimate/sanitary goods (unless unopened), gift cards, downloadable software
